入排标准
入选标准
- •Healthy patient of either gender belonging to 15\-45 years of age group
- •Posterior teeth with extremely deep caries and established clinical diagnosis of symptomatic irreversible pulpitis without periapical rarefaction
- •Positive response to cold and electric pulp tests
- •Teeth with restorable carious lesions
排除标准
- •Patients with immature teeth, periodontal diseases, and subgingival caries
- •Presence of sinus tract or swelling or
- •periapical pathology on an IOPA radiograph.
- •Patients with systemic conditions which could compromise the healing like uncontrolled diabetes, bleeding disorders, immunosuppression etc.
- •Patients with history of antibiotics intake
- •in the last 14 days and analgesics in the
- •last 7 days
- •Patients not willing to participate in the
