入选标准
- •(1) Pathologically confirmed malignant tumor, accompanied by pain caused by tumor progression/invasion or by antitumor therapy;
- •(2) Aged 18 to 80 years, with an expected survival of = 3 months;
- •(3) Moderate to severe pain, defined as a Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score = 4;
- •(4) Conscious, with sufficient comprehension and communication skills required for the study, and voluntarily providing signed informed consent.
排除标准
- •Pain associated with oncological emergencies, such as fracture, visceral organ obstruction, or perforation;
- •Severe organ dysfunction such as end-stage renal disease, severe heart failure, and difficult-to-control infections;
- •Pregnant or breastfeeding women;
- •Patients with consciousness disorders, mental disorders, or communication disorders who are unable to complete study questionnaires or scale assessments;
- •Local infection or inflammation at the acupuncture site with tumor infiltration;
- •Coagulation dysfunction (INR > 1.5), platelet count < 100 × 10^9/L;
- •Use of non-opioid analgesics (e.g., NSAIDs, anticonvulsants, antidepressants), implantable analgesic pumps, nerve blocks, or other invasive pain treatments within the past 1 month;
- •Patients with non-removable electronic devices or metal implants that may interfere with bioelectrical signal collection;
- •Exclusion of long-term use of immunosuppressants or high-dose corticosteroids
