Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients of age between 40 and 70 years of either gender .
2.Patients fit for matra basti Prathyatmika lakshana of janu sandhigatavata with vatapurnadrutisparsha, sandhi sula, sandhisotha, prasarana akunchuna vedana.
3.Subjects with signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis of knee
4.Subjects pre diagnosed with osteoarthritis.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Subjects with diabetes mellitus, autoimmune disorder, tuberculosis, cardiac disorders, pregnancy.
2.Subjects with fracture and dislocation of knee.
