ASA Status 2
Exclusion Criteria
Obstretic Complication
Evidence of fetal compromise

Name Time Method 1. Compare the perfusion index (PI) following the intrathecal administration <br/ ><br>2. To compare the number of episode of hypotension taking 3.5 as P.I cut off value.Timepoint: 1. Every 2 min for 20min <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>followed by <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>2. Evey 5 min for 60min <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>followed by <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>3. Every 15min for 2houyrs after completion of surgery
