Planned for elective LSCS.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Placenta previa
2)Pre-eclampsia
3)Mean arterial pressure < 75
4)Cardio vascular or cerebro vascular disease
5)Gestational Diabetis Mellitus
6)BMI >40
7)Emergency LSCS
8)Hypo/hyperthyroidism
