Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Both genders male and female
- •Age more than 18 years
- •Duration of ICU stay more than 24 hours
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients on high dose sedation who are not responding to any stimuli
- •Atherosclerosis in some other vascular bed e.g Coronary, Carotid Subclavian Mesenteric artery stenosis Renal abdominal aortic aneurysm
- •Congestive cardiac failure
- •Patients on high dose of inj vasopressin support
- •Uncontrolled Diabetic Mellitus (Hba1c \>8\.5
- •Uncontrolled hypertension SBP \> 200 \& DBP \>110
- •Lower limb amputation cast and slab
