Inclusion Criteria
Age 20-70 American Society of Anesthesiologists Patient Status Rating I or II
Patient scheduled for orthopedic surgery of upper arm
Exclusion Criteria
Local anesthetics hypersensitive
Serious cardiopulmonary disease
Patients who are difficult to distinguish the diaphragm on preoperative chest radiograph
Patients with a BMI greater than 30 kg / m2
