1)Those who are 19 years of age or older
2)Patients who will undergo elective cardiovascular surgery employing cardiopulmonary bypass
3) Patients who provide written informed consent
1)pregnancy
2)refusal of allogenic blood transfusion
3)taking thrombin
4)history of thromboembolic and familial hypercoagulability disease
5)recent history of myocardial infarction or ischemic cerebral infarction (within 90 days)
6)hypersensitive to TXA
7)histroy of convulsion or epilepsy
8)taking hemodialysis
9)history of Heparin-induced thrombocytopenia
