- •Adults of either gender with fresh fracture shaft clavicle 15.2A[2] and 15.2B[2] of AO classification
排除标准
- •Open fractures
- •Floating shoulder
- •Fracture more than 3 weeks old
- •Small medullary canal of clavicle where TENS cannot be inserted
- •Clavicle fractures associated with ipsilateral upper limb fractures
- •Noncompliance
- •Pathological fractures
- •Congenital abnormality and bone disease
- •Neurovascular injury
- •Previous fracture of clavicle
- •Patient not giving consent
