Women 1. scheduled for cesarean section under general anesthesia 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status higher than II 3. who are not able to take oral fluid before cesarean section 4. with body mass index > 35 kg/m2 5. with a history of abnormal reaction to local anesthetics
