All patients with metastatic breast cancer who are affiliated to the Ulm University Women's Clinic are to be included.

Name Time Method Primary endpoints of this study will be:<br> • the symptom burden prior to the diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer<br> • the latency between the appearance of initial disease-related symptoms and the diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer<br> • the professional groups involved in the diagnosis process<br> • the correlation between the computer tomographic tumor burden and the symptom burden<br><br>The above-mentioned questions will be determined retrospectively through patient questionnaires and data from the patient file.
