Inclusion Criteria
(1) Patients conforming to ICHD-3 diagnostic criteria of CTTH
(2) Intensity of headache score on VAS equal or >3
(3) Agree to participate in this study and provide written informed consent
(4) Able to complete the headache diary
Exclusion Criteria
(1) Headache caused by other medical disorders (e.g., subarachnoid hemorrhage,cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral embolism, cerebral thrombosis, vascular malformation, arthritis, hypertension, or arteriosclerosis)
(2) Patients having any serious co-morbidity involving liver, kidney, cardiovascular, endocrinal and metabolic disorders etc.
(3) Pregnant or lactating women
(4) Patients not willing to take the treatment as per protocol
