Comparison Of Infusion Fentanyl And Dexmedetomidine Will Be Done To Evaluate The Consumption Of Desflurane Maintaining Adequate Depth Of Anaesthesia Guided by Bispectral Index Monitoring In Patients Coming To Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute Of Medical And Health Sciences Coming For Elective Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy. The Primary Goal Of Study Is Desflurane Consumption And Secondary Aim Is To Evaluate Safety Profile Of Study Drugs In Parameters Of Vitals And Drug Related Complications.
