Inclusion Criteria
All adult patient posted for tracheostomy
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion criteria will be a) patient refusal, b) emergency tracheostomy and c) morbid obesity (BMI > 35Kg/m2).

Name Time Method SUCCESS RATE OF PROCEDURETimepoint: % OF SUCCESS RATE, bronchoscopic confirmation of tube inside trachea done just after tracheostomy
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Episode of desaturation.(SpO292% for 1 minute.) <br/ ><br>2.Duration of procedure <br/ ><br>T1- Time of Bronchoscope insertion to Bronchoscope removal <br/ ><br>T2-Time of needle puncture to tracheostomy tube insertion <br/ ><br>3.Number of needle puncture required <br/ ><br>4.First attempt success rate <br/ ><br>5.Complications- bleeding <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Episode of desaturation as defined will be noted during procedure. <br/ ><br>The two time periods T1 and T2 has been defined <br/ ><br>Complications such as bleeding will be done at the time of bronchoscopy confirmation of tube in trachea.
