Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients age \= 18 years,
  • •2\.ASA I or II.
  • •3\.Surgery requiring general anesthesia with endotracheal tube insertion.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients age \< 18 years,
  • •2\.Mallampati score more than or equal to 3, thyromental distance less than 6 cm, neck circumference more than 40 cm or history of difficult airway.
  • •3\. Pregnancy.
  • •4\. Significantly severe cardiorespiratory pathology.
  • •5\.Any midline neck swelling.
