Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All children who require intubation in pediatric emergency
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Those children who present to emergency in an intubated state.
- •2\.Tracheostomized children
- •3\.Those conditions which preclude the use of POCUS in children (neck trauma, neck mass, maxillofacial injury, Cervical Spine injury)
- •4\.Emergency intubation with an uncuffed tube.
- •5\.Those who deny consent for intubation and for the study.
