Inclusion Criteria
1. COPD patients aged 40 years or more, 2. Smoking history 10 pack-years or more
Exclusion Criteria
1. History of COPD exacerbation within 3 months, 2. Other lung diseases other than COPD eg. lung fibrosis, bronchiectasis, 3. Inability to perform spirometry, 4. Tracheostomy or treated with home mechanical ventilation, 5. Inability to walk, 6. Asthma-COPD overlap, 7. History of systemic steroid treatment within 6 weeks
