Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA I and II
- •Mallampati grade I and II
- •BMI 18\.5 to 24\.9 kg per meter square
- •patients willing to give informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •history of upper respiratory tract infection in previous 2 weeks
- •baseline heart rate less than 60 beats per minute
- •baseline systolic blood pressure less than 60 mm Hg
- •patients on any medications altering study parameters
- •pregnant women
