•All patients scheduled for cardiac surgery
•Cardiac surgeries done with mediastinal approach.
Investigation report available pre-operative including ECG.2DECHO,PFT,PFR
hemodynamically stable after surgery on 1st,2nd and 3rd post operative day.
Patient agreed to give written consent and participation
•Patients who developed complications during surgery, example: ventricular arrhythmias, intra-operative myocardial infarction,severe blood loss >1500ml.
•Hemodynamic instability eg., mean arterial pressure < 70 mmHg, reduced cardiac output requiring intra-aortic balloon pump or vasoactive drugs.
•Intubation duration > 72 hours and need re-intubation.
•Patients diagnosed with any neuromuscular and systemic condition
•Patient having difficulty in cognitive function.
