Mothers who are in the reproductive age group, above 36 weeks of gestation and without major pregnancy related complicatons
Mothers who have pregnancy related complications like PIH, Placenta praevia,twin pregnacny, who have not practised exercises for 7 days and below 36 weeks of gestation
