Patients with positive RT PCR Test (Reverse Transcriptase polymerase chain reaction -(PCR)) test
Showing only mild symptom, not requiring hospital stay & enrolled under Home Isolation Care of SRI HER, SRMC
1. Age less than 18 years
2. Covid positive Patients classified as moderate/severe cases requiring hospital admission with RR >30bpm Spo2 <92% HR >125bpm
Severe dyspnea (minimal effort or rest)
Signs of respiratory compromise (cyanosis, use of accessory muscles)
Altered alertness (lethargy, acute confusion, disorientation)
3. Patients not willing to participate in the study.
