The study includes:1.Women pregnant for the first time (Primigravida)
2.Pregnant women willing to participate
3.Pregnant women who are above the age of 18 years 4. Pregnant women available at the time of data collection.
5. Pregnant women who are at, or crossed 34 weeks gestation with normal course of pregnancy.
6.Pregnant women possessing a smart phone.
The Study Excludes the Pregnant women who are:
1.Pregnant women who are at, or crossed 36 weeks gestation with normal course of pregnancy. 2.Pregnant women with medical & surgical complication which might complicate the pregnancy 3.Pregnant women with any psychological disorder.
