简要总结
**Title:**Effect of Oblique Sling Specific Exercises on Sprint Performance and Dynamic Balance using 2D Analysis and SEBT Test in Collegiate Sprinters
This study investigates the impact of oblique sling-specific exercises—targeting the anterior and posterior oblique sling systems—on sprint performance and dynamic balance. These myofascial sling systems play a vital role in core stability, efficient force transfer, and injury prevention, particularly during high-speed, dynamic activities such as sprinting. Traditional sprint training often overlooks sling activation, despite its key role in pelvic control and stride mechanics.
This is an experimental pre-post interventional study involving 35 collegiate sprinters aged 18–25 years, conducted over a 4-week period. Participants will undergo a structured training protocol based on the FIIT principle (2–3 sessions/week, 30–40 minutes/session), incorporating progressive core stability, strength, and power exercises specifically targeting oblique sling activation. Sprint performance will be assessed using Kinovea 2D motion analysis (measuring stride length, pelvic movement, etc.), and dynamic balance will be evaluated using the Star Excursion Balance Test (SEBT). The study aims to determine whether oblique sling-specific training can enhance sprint biomechanics, improve dynamic balance, and reduce injury risk, contributing to more efficient and injury-resilient athletic performance.
