Persons included are those insured with the BGW who are in the § 3 occupational disease procedure due to a suspected report of occupational hand eczema.
The occupational groups considered will be: inpatient/outpatient nurses, operating room nurses, paramedics, inpatient/outpatient geriatric nurses, inpatient/outpatient nursing assistants, veterinary assistants, inpatient/outpatient geriatric nursing assistants, medical assistants, dental assistants, day-care centre workers, child day-care workers, special
needs carers, medical-technical assistants, radiological-technical assistants, pharmaceutical-technical assistants, midwives, paediatric nurses.
Excluded are insured persons with a diagnosis other than hand eczema, those with an insufficient knowledge of German and those with vision, hearing or cognitive impairments.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Severity of hand eczema.<br>The survey takes place before the intervention at point T0 and after the intervention at point T1.<br>The severity of hand eczema is assessed by dermatologists using the HECSI score (Hand Eczema Severity Index).
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Disease-specific health-related quality of life. <br><br>The survey takes place before the intervention at time point T0 and after the intervention at time point T1.<br>The disease-specific health-related quality of life is assessed with a standardised questionnaire for measuring health-related quality of life in hand eczema patients using the Quality Of Life in Hand Eczema Questionnaire (QOLHEQ).<br><br><br>Subjective perceived stress.<br>Subjective perceived stress is assessed before the intervention at time point (T0) and after the intervention at time point (T1). Subjective perceived stress is assessed using the German version of the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10).<br><br>The questionnaires used to collect the secondary endpoints are self-report instruments.<br><br><br><br><br><br>
