Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Pt.â??s showing episodes of TMJ 2\.dislocation (unilateral/bilateral) twice or thrice in 6 months to 1 year.
- •3\.Maximal mouth opening more than (35\-42\) mm
- •4\.Clinical examination of TMJ.
- •ï??Crepitus or clicking sounds in TMJ.
- •ï??Radiographic evidence of TMJ dislocation.
- •ï??Patients giving consent for the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •ï??Psychiatric conditions
- •ï??Connective tissue syndromes.
- •ï??Short lower facial thirds (leads to joint instability)
- •ï??Mentally retarded patients
- •ï??Patients with bleeding disorders
- •ï??Pregnant patients
- •ï??Patient allergic to local or topical anaesthetic
- •ï??Patients not giving consent.
