1. ~16 – 26 years of age at time of the endline cross-sectional survey (15 to 24 at the time of household enumeration and prevention points card distribution)
2. Residing within the cluster during enumeration of the cluster
3. Received a prevention points card before intervention implementation (at the time of household enumeration)
