Inclusion Criteria
All patients undergoing delivery in labour room of Dr Prabhakar kore hospital and having excessive bleeding for which any surgical intervention is used to manage excessive obstetric hemorrhage
Exclusion Criteria
1) pre existing bleeding disorder
2) women taking therapeutic anticoagulants
