Inclusion Criteria
Biliary obstruction which indicated for endoscopic ultrasound-guided hepaticogastrostomy
Left intrahepatic duct larger than 5 millimeters
Age more than 18 years
Exclusion Criteria
Uncorrectable coagulopathy
Contrast material allergy
Severe comorbidity
Acute cholangitis with organ failure.
