Inclusion Criteria
Oral Potentially Malignant Disorders (OPMD)
Clinically and histologically confirmed cases of OPMDs would be prospectively recruited for this study.
Subjects willing to participate in the study
Controls
(Approximately Age and sex matched to OPMDs groups)
Subjects willing to participate in the study
Subjects with normal mucosa( absence of any OPMDs and OSCC)
Exclusion Criteria
Subjects with history of significant and serious uncontrolled systemic disease.
Subjects with history / treatment ( past / current)of any other malignant disease
Subjects with history of any (past/ current) HPV related malignancy at any site in their spouses / partners
Subjects with history of HPV vaccination
Pregnant women
