Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Pass the criteria of 12 - 20 points to complete the assessment of the elderly according to potential. and must pass a 40-48 threshold to complete the Knee Osteoarthritis Severity Scale (Dawson J.et al., 1998).
- •2. The sample group voluntarily participated in the research. and willing to sign a consent form to participate in the research
- •3. The systolic blood pressure does not exceed 130 mm Hg. and diastolic blood pressure does not exceed 90
- •4. Elderly aged 60 - 70 years old and in good health meet the criteria under item 1.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Has an injury or surgery in the past 3 months
- •2. Having abnormalities in the body that will affect the training, such as having no abnormalities in the circulatory system, respiratory system, and musculoskeletal system, etc.
- •3. The subjects must not participate in a systematic exercise program in the 6 months prior to the study.
- •4. Elderly people with memory problems or dementia or seniors with limited decision-making and ability to follow the program
- •5. Elderly people with a history of coronary artery disease
- •6. Elderly people with symptoms or disorders that are at risk of getting covid 19
