Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Caregivers of the elderly over the age of 65 with chronic disease (cardiovascular disease, stroke, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes, arthritis and musculoskeletal problems, hearing and vision loss)
  • •Family caregivers include spouse, children, relatives or friends
  • •20 hours of care per week and at least 6 months of care for the elderly
  • •Access to a smartphone and the ability to use it and not participate in similar training programs

Exclusion Criteria

  • •En Caregivers of the elderly with psychiatric disorders
  • •Reluctance to continue working
  • •Absence of training sessions at least 2 sessions
  • •Critical changes in the condition of the elderly or her/his death
