Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Caregivers of the elderly over the age of 65 with chronic disease (cardiovascular disease, stroke, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes, arthritis and musculoskeletal problems, hearing and vision loss)
- •Family caregivers include spouse, children, relatives or friends
- •20 hours of care per week and at least 6 months of care for the elderly
- •Access to a smartphone and the ability to use it and not participate in similar training programs
Exclusion Criteria
- •En Caregivers of the elderly with psychiatric disorders
- •Reluctance to continue working
- •Absence of training sessions at least 2 sessions
- •Critical changes in the condition of the elderly or her/his death
