1. Female Bharatanatyam dancers undergoing training.
2. with minimum experience of 5 years in dance.
3. Regular training of at least 3 days a week and at least 1hour a day
4. Dancers complaining of acute nonspecific low back pain with NPRS rating between 3 and 8 and duration less than 3 months.
5. Nulliparous dancers complaining of stress incontinence or screened with questionnaire QUID-(validity: 80%, reliability: =0.70%)
6. Hamstring tightness indicated by passive straight leg raise- <70 degree hip flexion
1. Subjects with known history of upper and lower limb bone fracture, spine trauma or vertebral fracture and/or congenital spine disorders.
2 Subjects with any pathological conditions of the spine.-cancer and inflammatory disease
3. Subjects with any cardiopulmonary and neurological condition contraindicating the exercise protocol.
4. Subjects with chronic low back pain, SI joint dysfunction or uterine prolapse degree by stage 2 or higher.
