Inclusion Criteria
The high school teachers who are teaching at least six hours in a week with a minimum of five yearsââ?¬• teaching experience will be included in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
During the intervention, teachers who are leaving, or not planning to continue in the schools for next six months time will be excluded
