- •1. ASA I and II
- •2. Male or female
- •3. between 18-60 years undergoing elective laparoscopic surgery under general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1. Patientâ??s refusal
- •2. History of allergy to opioids
- •3. History of uncontrolled cardiovascular conditions e.g. hypertension, ischemic heart disease, conduction defects etc.
- •4. Compromised renal/hepatic/ neuronal functions
- •5. Pregnant and lactating women
- •6. Endocrine disease e.g. hyper and hypothyroidism.
- •7. On any of the following drug e.g. calcium channel blockers, beta blockers, magnesium sulphate.
