Inclusion Criteria
(1) were at least 18 years of age
(2) had a clinically suspected infection
(3) had either septic shock (systolic BP < 90 mm Hg despite an IV fluid challenge of 20 mL/kg or infusion of any dose of vasopressor medications) or severe sepsis (defined in this study as serum lactate 4 mmol/L).with right ventricular dysfunction will be included in this study.
(4)initially preserved left ventricular function(left ventricular ejection fraction >45%)
Exclusion Criteria
1)Age <18 years,
2)Pregnant women,
3)Valvular heart disease
4)Left ventricular out flow tract obstruction
5)Non sepsis related cardiac dysfunction (Ejection < 45%)
