Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • First, the participants are professionally active as managers or team leaders. Second, participants are willing to spend approximately 15 minutes a day practicing prescribed exercises at home. Third, participants agree to complete a questionnaire before and two after the course to self\-assess their own emotional competencies and to keep a gratitude journal during the course.

Exclusion Criteria

  • If the inclusion criteria are not consented.
