入选标准
- •1.All patients presented to our pain clinic OPD with low back neuropathic pain radiating to leg and foot
- •2.NRS score >3
- •3.Duration of pain > 3 month
- •4.All Patients of 18â??70 years age group
- •5.Lumbar disc protrusion at one or two segmental levels only on MRI
- •6.Positive straight leg raise (SLR) or Lasègueâ??s test at 30 â?? 70 degrees
排除标准
- •1.Bilateral involvement of pain
- •2.More than two nerve root involvement
- •3.Spinal canal stenosis
- •4.History of spine surgery & trauma
- •5.MRI of spine showing pathology other than nerve root involvement and complete disc herniation
- •6.No cardiovascular comorbidities, any neurological deficits and vertebral deformities
