Inclusion Criteria

•Who have delivered their preterm infants aged 28 to 33 weeks of gestational age

•who are not been prescribed any medications for decreasing or improving breast milk production

•who do not have any hearing impairment

Exclusion Criteria

-who have the habits of substance abuse

-With any diagnosed mental and psychological conditions.

-Who have the history of previous breast surgery

-Who are reluctant to continue to breastfeed

-Mothers with inverted nipple

Decrease in stress, prevention of post-partum depression in mothers of preterm infants, and in the neonates better outcomes like improved weight gain, development of good sucking pattern, earlier time to enteral feeding in weeks, earlier time to direct breastfeed in weeks, as well as improved maternal neonatal attachment etc.Timepoint: These mothers and infants will be followed up during their visit to outpatient department for immunization at 2nd, 4th and 6th month and growth parameters of the infant will be measured.
