(1) Men or women aged 19 to over 80
(2) Atrophic gastritis is seen (a significant range of mucosal pale and sparkling submucosal blood vessels are markedly observed, Kimura classification can be applied), and H. pylori test (CLO) positive
(3) Patients who agreed to the study
(4) Patients who desire H. pylori eradication
(1) H. pylori test (CLO) negative
(2) Severe systemic or coagulopathic disorders
(3) previously treated for H. pylori eradication
(4) If there is a previous history of antibiotic treatment before 4 weeks of the start of study
(5) Patients with a history of gastrectomy
(6) Patients have allergies to antibiotics
(7) Pregnant or lactating women
