Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients over 50 years of age.
- •Admitted to ICU under the trauma unit.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Unable to communicate in English
- •Expected ICU length of stay \<24 hours
- •Re\-admission to ICU
- •ICU admission for palliation
- •Death is deemed imminent and inevitable
- •Unable to gain informed consent
