入排标准
入选标准
- •1)Patient with age greater than 12 years.
- •2)Presence of buccally displaced maxillary canine.
- •3)Patients requiring upper first premolar extraction for treatment or adequate space present after the extraction of retained deciduous canine for the alignment of maxillary anterior teeth with buccally displaced canine.
- •4)Maxillary incisors contact point displacement less than or equal to 3mm
- •5)Full permanent dentition with sound permanent first and second molars.
- •6)Good oral hygiene
排除标准
- •1)Transposition of teeth
- •2)Patients requiring extraction of maxillary second premolar
- •3)Grossly decayed first molars or second molars or missing first molars or maxillary canine
- •4)Patients with systemic diseases, cleft lip and palate or other craniofacial abnormalities
- •5)Patients with severe maxillary anterior crowding
- •6)Patient with minimum anchorage requirement
- •7)Patient with any metabolic disease which can affect the quality/ density of bone.
- •8)Patient under medication like corticosteroids, bisphosphonates, etc.
