Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients 18 years and above
2. Clinically diagnosed cases of erectile dysfunction (ED).
3. Patients with SHIMS score 8-21 (i.e. mild and moderate cases),
4. Patients should be in a stable relationship for at-least past
3 months
5. Sexually active by one of the
following:intercourse/Caressing/foreplay / masturbation.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients below 18 years of age
2. Patients with SHIMS score < 8 or >21
3. K/c/o urinary tract infection or prostatitis,
history of prostectomy and other systemic
diseases.
4. Patients with history of alcoholic and drug abuse, and
5. Patients on treatment of ED with PDE5-I and PGE1 for last
three months.
