Inclusion Criteria

Patient with clinical features of Dustha Vrana WSR Madhumehaja Vrana (Diabetic

wound)

Patient of both sexes between 16 to 70 years of age will be included in the study

Exclusion Criteria

Patient with peripheral vascular diseases like Raynauds Disease, Buergers

Disease, DVT and Arterial and Venous ulcers.

Patient with acute features and with complication like gangrene will be excluded

Patients associated with any other systemic diseases and HIV, HBSAg, HCV,

VDRL will be excluded

Size of the wound not more than 5cm
