Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients undergoing elective CABG
  • •2\.Age 18 \- 70
  • •3\.ASA PS I to III
  • •4\.LVEF \>40%
  • •5\.No predictors of difficult airway

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Features of difficult airway.
  • •2\.Morbid obesity (BMI \> 35 kg/m2\)
  • •3\.History of reactive airway disease
  • •4\.Gastroesophageal reflux
  • •5\.Vital organ dysfunction
  • •6\.Conduction abnormality, permanent pacemaker
  • •7\.Emergency procedure
