Inclusion Criteria
1. Histological proven pharyngeal & laryngeal cancer patients
2. ECOG Performance status 0-1
3. Undergoing Definitive chemoradiation
4. Treated with Conformal Radiotherapy techniques
Exclusion Criteria
1. Stage IVB disease
2. ECOG Performance status 2 or more
3. Previous radiation exposure to head and neck
4. Patients who has undergone head and neck surgery / neck dissection
5. Patients who have recurrence
