Inclusion Criteria

1.Patient with diagnosed unstable thoracolumbar burst fracture single level
2.Patient received surgery by short segment pedicle instrumentation which intermediated screw fixation

Exclusion Criteria

1.Multiple trauma include moderate to severe head injury ,chest injury ,abdominal injury
2.Neurological deficit
3.Consciousness impairment
4.Cognitive function impairment
5.Previously Diagnosed bone tumor, spinal infection and osteoporosis
