1. Age more than 20 years old
2. Subjects with diagnosis of RHC
3. Diagnosis of systemic sclerosis by rheumatologist according to systemic sclerosis guidelines (van den Hoogen et al., 2013)
4. Diagnosis of CTEPH according to the PH guidelines (Galiè et al., 2015) by cardiologist and hematologist
1. Unwillingness or inability to perform the testing procedure
2. Subjects with a history of cardiovascular disease (i.e. coronary heart disease, chronic HF and myocardial infarction) within 3 months before test
3. Subjects with a history of systemic infections within 3 months before test
4. Subjects with symptoms of respiratory tract infection within 6 weeks prior to the study
5. Subjects with absolute contraindications of CPET
6. Subjects with type 2, 3, or 5 PH
7. SSc patients who cannot use treadmill due to conditions such as painful, ischemic ulcers, active myositis, extremity contracture, severe malnutrition, and polyneuropathy
