1) Newly Diagnosed CKD cases
2) Known cases of CKD on Conservative treatment
3) Known case of CKD on maintenance hemodialysis
4) Patients giving consent
Exclusion Criteria
1) Not willing to Participate
2) Age less than 18years
3) Valvular heart disease
4) Congenital heart Disease
5) Pulmonary obstructive and restrictive diseases
6) HIV infected patients
7) Chronic liver disease
8) Connective tissue diseases
9) Hypothyroidism and Hyperthyroidism
