Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Prolonged sitting subjects more than 7 hours of sitting per day for less than 4 months
  • •Age group 30 to 45
  • •Both male and female
  • •Modified obers test
  • •Positive or coimbined obers and noble compression test positive
  • •Lateral knee pain NPRS 3 TO 7
  • •Unilateral tightness

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Recent injuries in lower limb
  • •Congenital causes
  • •General ligament laxity cases
  • •Patella femoral pain syndrome cases
  • •Lumbar disc pathology
  • •Degenerative conditions
