Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Prolonged sitting subjects more than 7 hours of sitting per day for less than 4 months
- •Age group 30 to 45
- •Both male and female
- •Modified obers test
- •Positive or coimbined obers and noble compression test positive
- •Lateral knee pain NPRS 3 TO 7
- •Unilateral tightness
Exclusion Criteria
- •Recent injuries in lower limb
- •Congenital causes
- •General ligament laxity cases
- •Patella femoral pain syndrome cases
- •Lumbar disc pathology
- •Degenerative conditions
