Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Both male and female subjects between 18\-60 years with heel pain for more than 6 weeks and up to 1 year.
- •2\)Experiencing pain at the very first step out of bed in morning will be included.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients unwilling to participate.
- •2\) Subjects with any surgical procedure of leg/ankle/foot
- •3\) Subjects with history of cancer, severe vascular disease, rheumatoid arthritis (RA) or osteoporosis.
- •4\) If NPRS score is less than 3 for both the continuous and persistent pain.
- •5\) Patients having poor English language skills for accurately completing the outcome tools.
- •6\) Any trauma to ankle joint and Hypersensitive skin.
